Customer Support representatives are available from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Time), to answer your call. Unlimited Customer Support - online or on the phone - is included in your quarterly subscription fee, and available to all members of your organization.

When instructed by a Focal Point support representative, click the button to the right to establish a live connection to your computer.  If you attempt to establish a connection to VisiTrack support when not instructed to by a support representative, your connection will be refused.
