Focal Point Systems, founded in 1985, is a California based software company specializing in software for the home health industry.  For over eighteen years we have provided intuitive solutions that our clients actually enjoy working with on a daily basis.  We know this because they tell us this.

Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive, yet user friendly and affordable software solution which exceeds the expectations of our clients.  In addition, providing excellent support to our clients at all times is critical to our success.  In fact, we're a bit obsessive about it, but not in a bad way.

Our company culture is one in which professionalism, mutual respect and courtesy are observed at all times, but we don't go to the extreme of being "stuffy".  In other words, you can wear a suit and tie to work everyday if you want to, but you don't have to.

We believe in a "come as you are" approach and want people to join our team who can be themselves, but who are also very motivated and adaptable. We need a team of individuals who are able to think on their feet. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work atmosphere that stimulates productivity, but allows for us all to have fun as well.
